Farberware Convection Oven
The Farberware convection oven comes in several
models, some including a rotisserie, microwave or toaster oven.
I’ll highlight the Farberware FAC900R here. This
versatile convection oven is actually six systems in one – you can bake, broil, toast, defrost, use the rotisserie
and keep warm. The rotisserie feature is great for cooking poultry, pork and beef and ensures excellent heat
distribution for the best results.
It is a well-built, rugged, appliance with an
all-glass front door which is solid and closes tightly. It has the brushed steel "industrial" with clean and minor
accented softened curves on the front panel and around the door trim. There is an interior light. The inside can
easily take on a couple of roasting chickens, a 10-12 lb. turkey, a large casserole dish or decent sized Dutch
oven. It is even large enough to fit a 13x9 baking pan, so cake bakers rejoice! It accepts a 12" pizza with
ease!
Farberware convection oven is easy to set up and
use. Just choose whether you want to Toast, Bake, Broil, Defrost, Keep Warm, or Rotisserie. Set the
temperature and the time, press start and walk away. This oven will also do slow-cooking (up to 4 hours preset) and
dehydrating as well.
The cooking accessories that come with the
Farberware oven are made of good quality steel and are sturdy and easy to clean. You get a bake/broil pan, two wire
racks (one specially designed to bake those 12" pizzas), a pizza pan, broil insert, the rotisserie rod with
two adjustable meat tines, a rotisserie drip pan, and a spit-lifting tool. You can use both racks at the same time
in the three different rack slots on the inside of the oven. It allows six different rack height options for all
your cooking/baking needs.
For quality and price, you can't beat this Farberware convection oven!
